Custom 2,600 sf restaurant build out for Zo Greek. Zo had built their reputation through their food trucks, this is their first full service restaurant. Project included custom plaster walls, gas fireplace, an extensive custom mill work package and hand painted murals.
East Village, NY
Fit-up of a new 2,250 sf restaurant for Nick Anderer Executive Chef for Marta and Mialino. Martina is a spin-off of Marta a larger Roman themed restaurant specializing in wood fired pizza. This restaurant features handmade floor tile imported from Europe, a custom wood storefront and tile walls creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a Pizzeria in Rome.
1,500 sf new fit-up of a Mexican restaurant concept that was built at the Assembly Row Development. This is the first physical location for Sabroso Restaurant, the current Sabroso is a food truck that has been very successful in Boston. The project included hand painted wall graphics to highlight the histories of this concept.

Office fit-up was an occupied renovation that required Boston Scientific to operate in the second half of the space while cm&b built out the 26,000 sf section. The office space is a new prototype work space for Boston Scientific. It is being set up as a collaborative work environment designed to build collaboration and teamwork. A fast track project for the team it was designed in 3 weeks and space was built in 8.
North Kingstown, RI
This is the second Hyundai building in this region to be built with the new manufacturers design standards. A 26,115 sf, ground up project which includes14 service bays, 3 wash & reconditioning bays and a drive-thru service reception. This will be cm&b's first project with Tarbox.

New 50,000 sf office space for the Whole Foods North Atlantic Region. 14,000 sf first floor with reception, test kitchen and conference room. 36,000 sf on the second floor for offices and additional conference rooms.
Penn Station, NY
A 4,000 sf fit-up of Shake Shack Penn Station opened in 2017, in the main concourse of the station that serves over 600,000 commuters a day. It is also just steps away from Madison Square Garden and Macy's Flagship Store on 34th street.
Building construction, demolition and renovations of multiple buildings in an occupied/phased format at the existing 150,000 sf retail center, originally constructed in the 1960s. Renovations and upgrades will be made to the retail center facades, pedestrian ways, mechanical infrastructure and the entire site parcel to accommodate a new mix of retailers and rebranding of the center. Scope of work includes the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new, 50,000 sf Whole Foods Market Shell. The project is expected to take fourteen months to complete.

The new building will conform to the latest manufacturer's brand standards for both Audi and Volkswagen. Each dealership brand will have their own sales and services areas with some shared mezzanine and storage spaces. Scope of work includes a Geopier foundation support system.

5,000 sf tenant fit-up of a new Shake Shack restaurant prominently located on the second floor of the premier retail complex and transit center, where more than 300,000 passengers pass through the daily. The unique space is a half oval with glass curtain walls on both sides looking out to the World Trade Center and required a rigorous permitting and inspection process working with the MTA Authority.
Renovation of a former Barnes &Noble retail store to a new high-end liquor store. This will be the first location for the Canadian Chain in New England. cm&b provided extensive pre-construction services managing all design disciplines and providing cost input throughout the design process. The store is currently on schedule to open this July.
Herald Square, New York, NY
4,580-SF tenant fit out on two levels for a new Shake Shack restaurant in Manhattan's iconic Herald Square. Scope of work included substantial exterior work and vertical transportation. Herald Square will be the Chain's ninth location in Manhattan.
Renovation of an existing 32,000 sf retail building to create a new Nissan dealership to conform with current Nissan branding standards. The dealership features a 4,500 sf showroom and 16-lift service bays with alignment bay and 2 wash/detail bays. The main lot will provide 111 parking space plus an expanded inventory lot for another 90 spaces. The scope of work includes site improvements. This will be cm&b's first project with AutoFair. The Group's President, Andy Crews, received TIME Magazine's 2015 Dealer of the Year Award.

31,000 sf occupied renovation of an existing Audi dealership to conform to the new Audi Terminal Image Program. The scope of work includes the conversion of a vacant Volvo space adjacent to the dealership into a Certified, Pre-Owned Audi showroom. A new exterior ACM panel system, an energy efficient LED lighting package, specialty suspended ceilings, and updated tile flooring are among some of the upgrades that will be part of the phased reconstruction.
