JRM GreenWorks

GreenWorks located on Route 1 in Peabody is one of the largest custom designed recycling centers north of Boston. It allows JRM to further expand services to their growing client base which includes all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and parts of Rhode Island.  A leader in the industry, JRM is excited to share the “art of recycling” with student groups and consumers who are able to view the daily operations at GreenWorks via the observation mezzanine located 35 feet above the main floor.  The building stands 60 feet in height with close to 55 feet of clear height inside the structure.

  • Boston, MA-37,819 sf interior office fit-up includes glass office partitions and wood floorling throughout. New building mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as a new cafe in a shared space.

First Project with Boston Freightliner Boston Freightliner

  • Everett, MA-Project will involve road and utility construction, site-work, as well as a new 28,800-sf Truck Service Facility. Urban site with soil management plan, new utilities include electric, gas water, sewer, drainage and roadway/site lighting. Precast concrete piles/structural slab foundation system and pre-engineered metal building shell with mezzanine.

  • Holyoke, MA-Renovation of an existing 44,000 sf industrial building into a medical marijuana grow facility in Holyoke.

152 Grove Street

  • Waltham, MA-Phased interior and exterior demolition and abatement of an existing manufacturing including complete takedown of multiple small buildings/structures located on the site to accommodate new construction which will result in 130,000 sf of office space. Scope of work includes new landscape and hardscape, underground utilities, grading, paving, and new parking layout. The new façade design respects the building's history while enhancing the window sizes and creating jewel box curtain wall entry points

  • Marlborough, MA-The office fit-up is an occupied renovation that required Boston Scientific to operate in the second half of the space while cm&b built out the 26,000 sf section. The office space is a new prototype work space for Boston Scientific. It is being set up as a collaborative work environment designed to build collaboration and teamwork. A fast track project for the team it was designed in 3 weeks and space was built in 8.
